Winter Vacation Journey
Winter, a very cold and damp weather, but is also a happy season. There are many happy and wonderful festivals in winter, such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, and the most important “Winter Vacation.” I had party or date with my friends in each festival. I had a very great time in this winter.
First, Christmas is one of important and festive holidays. One of my best friends who study abroad in England just comes back Taiwan. I found many friends and had lunch in good restaurant. We ate, talked, and laughed in lunch. It’s difficult for us to gather together. After lunch, we played in park just like kids. It was a very great and happy time.
Second, Chinese New Year is a very important festival to Chinese. Chinese New Year means family get together. We cleaned our house together, we had big dinner together and we shared happy things together. I do love Chinese New Year because I could see many relatives that we can’t meet each other all the time. I always look forward to Chinese New Year when winter comes.
Final, winter vacation is also my favorite festival. I took a trip to Tai-chung with my classmates. We had very happy two days in Tai-chung. I think that it is a very beautiful and convenient city. We ate many delicious foods and visited pretty Lavender Garden. Besides Tai-chung, I also went to Xin-beitou to have hot spring with my best friends. We had hot spring in private room not in public. Having hot spring in cold winter is very wonderful activity. It also has very beautiful view. I really recommend you to have hot spring in Xin-beitou.
To sum up, I had very great trips in this winter. Therefore, it is hard to face that winter vacation is over. However, I still look forward to seeing my classmates and teachers.
